The next ENJN training session on ''Covering Neighbourhood Security'' will take place from 11-16 January, 2009 in Madrid. Journalists from the Middle East will discuss topics like counter terrorism policy in Spain, its effects on the development of the EU wide securty and civil liberties after March 11 2004. The provisional agenda is attached.
