Journalists from Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine and the Russian Federation gathered in Kosovo from 27 April to 1 May, 2009 to discuss topics of the European Neighborhood Policy. During the one-week training session they met with Kosovo Albanian and Serb politicians, representatives of UNMIK administration and Center for Civil Society ect.
